Welcome to Washington High School

As the principal of Washington High School, it is my goal to provide an exceptional learning environment for every student.  We recognize that each student's learning needs are different, as a result, we vary our teaching techniques, we provide multiple opportunities for extra assistance and we dedicate resources to our classrooms.  In addition, our faculty and staff take student safety seriously.  We know that when a campus is unsafe, students do not learn.  This is an unacceptable situation for us; therefore, every staff member is trained in bully prevention techniques and has access to multiple safety related resources.  Finally, at Washington, we recognize the importance of parents and community members.  We encourage you to be involved in your child's education, and we invite you to visit the school.  When school, family and community all work together, we will meet our goal of success for every student.
